Menorrhagia: 2.5-10 mg daily X 5/7 to 10/7 on days 16-21 of the menstrual cycle to be repeated for 2 cycles. Mild to moderate endometriosis:10 mg TID. Breast cancer: 0.4-1.5 g per day [max: 2g daily. Palliation of endometrial and renal carcinoma: 200-600 mg per day. Palliation of prostatic carcinoma: 100-600 mg per day. Secondary amenorrhoea: 2.5-10 mg per day for 5/7 to 10/7. Repeat for 3 cycles.
