Onchocerciasis, Strongyloidiasis, Bancroftian filariasis and Scabies
Onchocerciasis: 150mcg/kg as a single dose. The dose may be repeated every 3 to 12 months, depending on the recurrence of symptoms and/or microfilariae. Strongyloidiasis: 200mcg/kg as a single dose. Bancroftian filariasis: 20 - 200 mcg/kg as a single dose. Scabies: 150 mcg/kg as a single dose for one treatment (repeated after 2 weeks in immunocompromised patients).
