Inhibition of intra-operative miosis: 1 drop into the eye, 2 hours before surgery and repeated at 30-minute intervals for a total of 4 drops per eye. Control of post-operative inflammation: 1 drop into the eye, 2 hours before surgery and repeated at 30-minute intervals for a total of 4 drops per eye. After 24 hours after surgery to instill 1 drop QID for 1 – 3 weeks.
