Indications
Ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, polyarticular course juvenile idiopathic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis.
Dose/Application
Adult with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, or ankylosing spondylitis:50 mg per week. Plaque with psoriasis: 50 mg twice weekly (administered 3 or 4 days apart) for 3 months followed by a reduction to a maintenance dose of 50 mg per week. The recommended dose in patients ages 2 -17 years with active polyarticular-course JIA is 0.8 mg/kg per week (up to a maximum of 50 mg per week).
