External genital and perianal warts; condyloma acuminata in adults; superficial basal cell carcinoma [in case of surgery not being appropriate]; actinic keratoses of the face and scalp.
Application: Apply 3 times a week [for up to 16wks] for external genital and perianal warts; 5 times per week for superficial basal cell carcinoma; 2 times a week for actinic keratoses.
Patients can safely self-medicate themselves when well instructed. A thin layer of the cream is applied with the fingers to warts; the cream is massaged gently into the affected areas until no longer visible. Occlusive dressings or wrappings should not be used.
